Plain terms for a simple product: you pay, you get a position on a public board. Everything below is what that does and does not include.

What you are buying
A position on a public leaderboard, ordered by the amount paid. Nothing else. A position is advertising. It is not a review, an endorsement, a ranking of quality, or any statement by Rivl about the product listed.
Ranking is mechanical: highest total first, and where two listings have paid the same, the one that got there first stays ahead. Minimum bid $1, maximum $1,000,000.
Payments are final
A completed payment claims the rank. There are no refunds: not if someone outbids you, not if you change your mind, and not if your listing is removed for breaking the rules below. Decide the amount before you pay.
Being outbid is the expected outcome, not a fault. Positions are not guaranteed for any length of time.
What you may list
A product website or an X profile. You must be entitled to promote what you list, and the link must resolve to a working public page.
Listings must show valid details of the person or company behind them. Add them from your listing's private edit link. A listing that hides who is behind it can be removed.
What may not be listed
Adult, NSFW or sexual content of any kind. Sensitive content, including anything sexual involving minors, which is reported rather than merely removed.
Chat and group-invite links (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Messenger, Signal and similar). Link shorteners, for which you should submit the real destination. Malware, phishing, counterfeit goods, stolen credentials, and fraudulent financial schemes.
These checks run automatically before checkout, and again on your page after payment. A listing that clears them can still be removed by a human afterwards.
Removal
Rivl may remove any listing that breaks these terms, at any time, without a refund. That is deliberate: a refundable removal would make paying a free option on breaking the rules.
Anyone can report a listing from its page. Reports are reviewed by a person.
No accounts
Rivl has no user accounts. Your listing is managed through a private link issued after payment. Anyone holding that link can edit the listing, so treat it as a password. We cannot re-issue it.
Liability
Rivl is provided as-is. We do not guarantee traffic, clicks, conversions, uptime, or any particular outcome from a placement. We are not responsible for the content or conduct of any listed product.
